Amore, A Valentine Necklace by JoAnnA Pierotti

Who do you love?
Who will be blessed with the creative work of your hands and soul this Valentine’s Day?
The word “amore” means love in Italian. My mother was full Italian and I loved her very much. I collect hearts, as my mom did when she was here on earth.
I created a bezel out of copper foil.
I made a new discovery making this necklace. The lace tended to fade away under the ICE Resin®, so I painted it prior to embedding and it became much more vibrant.
If you are recreating this piece, you need patience between drying times as I did three pours of ICE Resin® to create this piece, adding the word, and then the lace, and with the final pour the number charm.
